Healthy Guru is the hottest new fitness and wellness event that will be held at the South Hampton Arts Center (25 Jobs Lane, Southampton NY) on Saturday, July 9th.
Event Details
Healthy Guru is the new annual event presented by Social Life and SHAPE magazines. This daylong event will have a combination of fitness, fashion, beauty and nutrition. The day will kick off with a meet and great with Veronica Webb and Jen Selter followed by a selection of fitness classes from 9AM-3PM. Guests will receive gift bags after each class session. Snack, protein bars and smoothies will be available as well.
Also, this event will feature product vendors from Rodan +Fields, Essentia water, Phat Buddawear, Beauty Blow Bar and many more. A beauty bar will be set up for guests to try different makeup brands and speak with doctors about the latest cosmetic procedures. Chiropractors, massage therapists, as well as healthy influencers will be on-site for guests to speak with.
Additionally there will be a “Healthy Guru” panel that will feature health and fitness guest speakers.Finally, the event will close with a Health Guru cocktail party and a fashion show by JUJA Active from 5PM-8PM.
