Join 100s of New Yorkers on Saturday, June 21st, 2014 for the 1st annual Astoria Tour-de-Bar! From 12:00pm-8:00pm tourists, residents and bar-goers from all over New York City will come together in Astoria Queens to kick off Summer Solstice 2014.

Event Details

Astoria Tour–de-Bar Event

WHEN: The First Day of Summer: Saturday June 21st 2014 from 12-8pm.

WHERE: The event kicks off at KATCH Astoria (located at 3119 Newtown Ave) where attendees can pick up their event gear, including a wrist band, food and drink tickets, a Backpack, Visor and T-shirt.

*Press Conference to be held on Friday June 20th 2014 at 11AM at Katch Astoria with local politicians including Councilman Costa Constantinides and other community leaders.

Throughout the day, attendees will be directed to over 20 bars in Astoria. Featuring Queens Courage Gin from the Astoria Distilling Company, craft beer from SingleCut, cocktails, drink specials and free snacks for all to enjoy! There will be games, prizes and giveaways where participants have the opportunity toreceive at-shirt, visor and a backpack. Plus, all attendees will be invited to join our APP on Stray Boots!

Throughout the day fun activities will take place, such as the Irish flag picture scavenger hunt held at the 3 beer gardens. To wrap up the event, live music will be played at The Strand, where everyone will dance and celebrate the end of the Astoria Bar Tour!

Tickets are $20 in advance. After Memorial Day, Monday May 26th Ticket Prices will increase to $30. At the door tickets are $40. This Event Will Sellout. Tickets are available on Eventbrite and a portion of proceeds will benefit the Childhood Cancer Society.
