Please join The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce for “Inuman at Pulutan” this Thursday November 20th
Translating into Drinks and Tapas, "Inuman at Pulutan" is in its third year and is bigger and better than ever as it presents the flavor of the 7,107 islands of the Philippines to NYC.
This much anticipated event has become a hot ticket for any New Yorker foodie. This year, the featured chefs will showcase interpretations of traditional Filipino dishes, which will be judged on their Overall Deliciousness, by VIP chefs, and then by the guests themselves.
Friends from Annisa, Marea, Nobu, The Elm, and more make up the featured chefs who will show off their culinary talents, while the three VIP judges are made up from some of the hottest culinary talents in the city.
Featured restaurants include: Annisa, Bite Me Cheesecakes, Kuma Inn, Umi Nom, Lumpia SnackBar, Maharlika Filipino Modern, Jeepney Gastropub, Marea, Nobu, The Elm, The Spotted Pig and Ugly Kitchen.
Featured chefs include: Chef King Phojanakong of Kuma Inn and Umi Nom, Chef Miguel Trinidad of Maharlika and Jeepney, Chef Neil Syham of Lumpia Snackbar, Chef Anita Lo of Annisa, Chef Ricky Estrellado, Executive Chef at Nobu Tribeca, Chef Amador Acosta, Executive Chef at Marea/Osteria Morini, Chef Edie Ugot, Executive Sous-Chef at The Spotted Pig
VIP tickets include early entry and a "Visit Philippines 2015" raffle ticket to win a trip for 2 to a Culinary Tour of the Philippines. All tickets including General Admission include an open bar and good eats from all the featured chefs and restaurants.
