From the earliest starting point, The Smith has been fixated on building a culture that is enabling, steady, and positive. The Smith initially opened its entryways in 2007 in the East Village of New York. Under the senior initiative of overseeing accomplice Jeffrey Lefcourt, his accomplice Michael Jacobs, VP of Operations Adam Burke, and VP Executive Chef Brian Ellis, The Smith has developed to work five areas – four in Manhattan and one in Washington DC with extra eateries made arrangements for what's to come.
The Smith areas all in all serve more than one million visitors yearly with The Smith Midtown and The Smith Lincoln Square among the Top 100 earning eateries in the United States.
