This beautifully photographed ode to French cuisine explores the history of Mère Poulard's famous restaurant, with recipes by six famous French chefs who were inspired by her.
This hands-on cooking class will prepare these recipes from the book:
Normandy-style rice with shrimp
Leg of lamb with white kidney beans and sage sauce
Cider-poached pears and vanilla ice cream
Everyone in the class recieves a complimentary copy of the book.
