Continuing after two great events for the section, December's event will be a holiday gathering! The plan is for everyone to meet at a bar / restaurant http://www.gaetanasnyc.com/

143 Christopher street , one block away from the NJ path and 2 blocks away from the 1 train in the West Village on Tuesday, December 10th at 6pm-8pm.

This event requires RSVP and depending on how many people are interested, we will have to make a guarantee to the restaurant. This will be a cash bar and cash food scenario. The plan is for the AES Section budget to buy some appetizers for the attendees.

Everyone please note, we would love to have a big turnout but please only RSVP if you plan on showing up - as we must provide the restaurant/ bar with an accurate reservation.

Let's get together for some holiday cheer, toasts and good old fashioned networking!

There is a plan for a new election for the AES NY Section Committee sometime between April and July 2020, however; we are pleased to announce that in the interim period the new officers are as follows:

Chair: Angela Piva

Vice Chair: Paul Womack

Secretary: Jim Julian

Treasurer: Jeanne Montalvo Lucar.

The committee is still looking for interested and available students / interns to help with some of the events that are being planned for 2020, please refer any candidates or anyone interested - please respond so that they/you can join our team!
