The vision of Luke Holden, a Maine local and one-time lobsterman, Luke's Lobster opened its initially shack in 2009 in the core of New York's East Village, and now has the benefit of serving fish cherishing visitors in eight states the nation over. From sea to plate, Luke's handles each progression of the production network to guarantee that lone extraordinarily crisp fish is served in our shacks. We hand pick the lobster specifically from the lobstermen at the dock, and our sister organization, Cape Seafood, instantly cleans and steams it to protect its freshness and quality.
