Description
Culinary dream team including Mitsuharu Tsumura of Maido, Cesar Gonzalez, owner of seven restaurants in Miami, Miguel Aquilar of Surfish Bistro in New York and Richard Farnable, executive chef at Bagatelle NYC will host the Peruvian culinary experience.
Event Details
The chefs will create signature dishes representative of Peru’s diverse culinary landscape and heritage for a three hour walk around tasting at Bagatelle NYC.
Tour Paraqay NYC will kick off at 7pm with a cocktail hour featuring passed hors d'oeuvres and Pisco cocktails followed by culinary stations hosted by the top chefs until 10pm.
Beverage sponsors for the evening, Pisco 100 and Pisco Porton will create specialty cocktails using the famous spirit of Peru and Beer Cusquena will be served throughout the evening.
Musical entertainment for the evening will be courtesy of Afro-Peruvian band conducted by Fred Lobaton and world-famous Bagatelle DJ Xavier.
Proceeds of the ticket sales for the event will support the objectives of the school located in the Sacred Valley of Cusco and provide educational training in the hospitality sector for young underprivileged local students and create numerous employment opportunities for the surrounding community of food producers.
