Joy is celebrating the release of her third cookbook, Over Easy, with a book signing at Rizzoli Bookstore on Monday, March 20, beginning at 6:00 p.m. In an eye-catching display of brimming plates and bright tablescapes, Over Easy explores Joy’s favorite savory and sweet brunch recipes—from morning cocktails to full meals—in celebration of one of the most decadent and leisurely of meals.
