Urban Plantscapes

I found out about Urban Plantscapes after I saw them on NBC TV. I am an event planner in Manhattan and put together large affairs. I was amazed by the quality and variety of their plants and flowers. Urban Plantscapes actually takes care of our plants in our office. It is a rarity that you reminded what customer service is all about. They walked me through the entire process and showed me tons of different options of pottery and flowers. We once put together a large wedding with an authentic Asian theme. The room was filled with Orchids and exotic bamboo, if you didn’t know better you would think you were in China. Everything was meticulously set up, down to the fresh moss on the planters. The Asian pottery was real. Possibly the most amazing thing was that Urban Plantscapes had taken down all of the Orchids, bamboo, exotic flowers and pottery by 9:00 AM the next day. Cons: It doesnt bother me, but they only accept Credit Cards. If you dont have a credit card I dont know how you survive in NY

I work for a relatively new luxury building in the city. After our building was completed and people started moving in, we decided to bring in Urban Plantscapes. Urban Landscapes brought in very trendy pots and lush plantings. The new plants and flowers really softened up the lobby. The flowers and orchids are changed very often. With all the rotations the flowers always look fresh and change with the seasons. Our NYC tenants have been so pleased; a few even have Urban Plantscapes take care of their house plants in their unit. I love the concepts that they think up (totally out of the box). We have a long hallway that has over 30 orchids in it. I swear when I get to the end of the hallway, I feel calmer. It’s like a little piece of the tropics in NY. Plus with their guaranteed maintenance, I never have to worry I know that they landscape is constantly looking good and most importantly our residents are happy! 2 thumbs way up

Thank you so much for the amazing job you did on the flowers for our wedding. They were absolutely gorgeous. We especially loved (and so did our guests) the full, white hydrangea chair decorations at the ceremony site. All of the flower arrangements at both the venues, as well as our bouquets, corsages, flower girl basket, it all was so beautiful. Thank you for helping to make our special day truly magical.

My anniversary is the same day as Valentines day so I need to get me wife something very special. I knew that she loves a very specific variety of orchids and roses. I must have called and emailed 10 florists and garden centers, but nobody had them in stock or could not get them. Finally I called Urban Plantscapes and the delivered the most beautiful arrangement which included her favorite flowers. The delivery cam at the exact right moment and it made our Anniversary / Valentines Day that much better. Urban was a pleasure to do business with in a matter of minute’s they took all my info and credit card information and they delivered the very next day. Urban Plantscapes customer service was the best; from the floral designer to delivery boy they were all professional. Plus, the card was filled out exactly as I wished. I will never use anyone besides Urban Plantscapes for my floral arrangements or plants again. Keep up the great work

Pros: Great interior landscaper, unreal plants and flowers!

I manage a large pharma company in Midtown Manhattan. We decide to consolidate our interior plant maintenance and floral companies to one vendor. Urban Plantscapes makes it so much easier for billing purposes. We finally fired our previous company after the plants and flowers did not meet our standards. In January of 2008, we brought in Urban Plantscapes for all of our tropical plant care, floral arrangements and orchids. Urban Plantscapes attention to detail is amazing. We currently have varieties of Orchids that I never knew existed. This is New York’s best kept secret! Why anyone would use someone is beyond me. Urban Plantscapes provides continuity by using those same colors in the floral arrangements as the orchids and pottery. At Urban they change out the flowers to make sure everything is constantly fresh and lush. Urban Plantscapes always delivers in timely manner. Their decorative planters are reasonably priced and match out décor perfectly. Urban worked with our exterior landscape architect to make sure that the interior blended in seamlessly.
