We're pulling out all the stops for this one-of-a-kind, first-in-class, top-of-the-line New Year's Eve event.

Nothing - and we mean nothing - is too good for our guests. Sip on Champagne (the real stuff) while you learn about (i.e. taste) foie gras, truffles, and of course, the best cheeses we have to offer, some of which are so special that they're only available during the holidays.

We've brought in a bounty of luxurious goodies, which just happen to taste better when we taste them with you. Ring in 2022 with all the best things in life--you deserve it!

We are super excited to welcome you back inside of our classrooms to engage once again in cheesy learning!

We’ll be starting small with a few classes a week and building back up to our regularly scheduled programming over the coming months. In the meantime we are taking every safety precaution to allow for a safe reentry.

This includes only opening our classrooms at this time to vaccinated guests. Additionally, for the safety of our teams and customers, we encourage everyone to wear a mask before taking a seat at their table regardless of vaccination status.

At this time, we cannot accommodate non vaccinated guests with the appropriate social distancing. We will be asking for vaccination cards or the Excelsior pass during check in for our classes. If you do not have your pass or card with you, we will not be permitted to let you inside the classroom and tickets CANNOT be refunded.

We ask that you make this process as seamless as possible and PLEASE remember your vaccination cards. There will be absolutely NO exceptions. We thank you for your continued support of our programming and we will be in touch as the date of the classes get closer.
