Times Square is always a sight to be seen! Last time I was in NYC was NYE and I had to go to Times Square (around 4 am) to just be a part of that magical event! I even grabbed a piece of confetti that I still have to this day! :)

Pros: It will leave you in awe!

Cons: Very busy.... all the time! Except for 4am LOL

I do not understand what the big hype is about Time Square. It is a huge advertising hub with a bunch of lights, large crowds of people and big chains. I guess it is something you should see if you are visiting New York but I recommend staying clear of the restaurants in this area. Most restaurants and bars in the area are chains, over packed with tourists and over priced for what you get.

Pros: It is exactly what you would expect.

Cons: Too many chain restaurants and bars.
