On Sunday, April 28th, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum will host its sixth annual 5K Run/Walk and Community Day to raise awareness about the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and to encourage volunteerism in memory of 9/11.
Event Details
The 9/11 Memorial & Museum 5K Run/Walk will take participants on a commemorative route, starting at the North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place at 8 a.m. and finishing near the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Following the 5K Run/Walk, Community Day will be held between 9 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Greenwich Street, adjacent to the 9/11 Memorial. It will include entertainment, activities for all ages, food and refreshments and exclusive offers and deals from Westfield retailers in the Oculus.
