“From New York to New York” Dinner with Chefs Fortunato Nicotra & Adam Hill at Manzo at Eataly Flatiron on 7/11

Manzo's guest chef series "From New York to New York" celebrates local chefs, local charities, and local producers. For the next three months, Manzo at Eataly NYC Flatiron and Chef Adam Hill will collaborate with one NYC-based chef per month to create a special dish using ingredients from local farms, and a portion of the proceeds will go to Grow To Learn by GrowNYC.
This July, Manzo at Eataly Flatiron is thrilled to be joined by Chef Fortunato Nicotra, Executive Chef of Felidia Restaurant as the second chef featured in the extended series. To kick off the premier of his dish on Manzo's menu, Chef Nicotra and Chef Adam will join forces and host an exclusive 4-course collaborative dinner at Manzo that you simply won't want to miss!
Not only will each individual chef present their dish but they will also tell the story of how their own personal culinary journey inspired their creation. Then, together, they will present a very special and unique dish created together in honor of each others stories, and they will also highlight one of Manzo's beloved local producers, Norwich Meadows Farm. In addition, each course will be paired with a unique cocktail, glass of wine, or beer handpicked by Eataly NYC Flatiron's Beverage Director. To finish, we'll wrap up the evening with something sweet!
Tickets to this dinner will reserve a select few to join at our communal table within the private dining room at Manzo! Not only will you enjoy an amazing menu, but did we mention, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the chefs themselves. You'll also be dining for a cause as proceeds from each ticket sold for this event will go to Grow To Learn by GrowNYC, an environmental non-profit that runs a New York City farmers' market program, builds urban farms and community gardens, and teaches the city about recycling!
