Since partners Spencer Slaine and Ken Halberg opened its doors in 2012, Harding's has offered Manhattan's Flatiron District a selection of artisanal American cuisine and craft spirits in a chic and rustic setting. With an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients, Executive Chef Joel Zaragoza's menu celebrates seasonal American fare. Harding's also offers an extensive American beer and wine menu, as well as an array of classic cocktails handcrafted by the restaurant's expert mixologists. Exposed brick walls, antique mirrors, vintage chandeliers, and an over-sized, century-old American flag evoke an air of nostalgia in this two-level landmark building.
