Spiritual writing group to support women to awaken to themselves by listening inside.

Event Details

Curious about writing as a tool to tap into your inner wisdom and get to know yourself better?

Join Rev. Patricia for a journey of self-reflection and spiritual exploration through writing as a spiritual practice.

During our time together, we'll write in response to prompts which could include music, poems, prayers and more. To ground ourselves, we'll start with breathing exercises and meditation to release stress and tension.

Feedback From Participants

"I like the range of prompts that intimated that spiritual writing can be prompted by any and all experiences."

"I think you do a fantastic job of holding the space for spiritual writing. Your demeanor is calm, confident, and grounding."

"Rev. P´╗┐atricia is kind, loving and fun! Her prompts are creative and inviting. I felt at ease..."

Whether you are rooted in a particular faith tradition, consider yourself spiritual but not religious or simply appreciate nature, you'll get to listen inside.

* Explore your deepest questions
* Untangle thoughts, feelings and emotions
* Develop yourself as a writer
* Gather in community with other explorers

Open to women only. No prior writing experience is needed.
