Permanently Closed.. Dovetail is a Michelin-starred restaurant operated by chef and proprietor John Fraser. Serving contemporary American fare and located on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Dovetail received three stars from The New York Times as well as its first Michelin star in the 2011 New York Guide.
On Mondays, we offer a special vegetable focused menu for $58 in addition to our standard tastings. On Sundays, we offer 'Sundae Suppa,' which includes three courses at a prix fixe of $58.
