With tin ceilings, schoolhouse lights, prominent mahogany bar, and cozy nooks, Sister Jane is a welcoming neighborhood spot. Located on E 13th Street, just around the corning for the 1st Ave L Train stop, we are both easy to get to and easier to stay in. This quintessential neighborhood destination specializes great food, delicious drinks, and an ambiance of welcoming familiarity. The menu offers staples of American fare, recently being awarded Third Best Sauce in Manhattan by Time Out Magazine for our Tavern wings, with new spins on crave-worthy comfort foods. Our other sister, Tavern on Jane, shares much of the same menu, and has been a member of the West Village community for almost 22 years.
