Description
Spices are very important in Mediterranean cooking, especially poivre rouge, or paprika. The paprika you taste at Mémé is made from red bell peppers grown on a small Moshav, or farming cooperative, outside of the owner's hometown. Mémé is named after owners Alon and Jacob Cohen's mother. Their neighborhood restaurant is family run with a menu heavily influenced by the north African region.Get to know Meme Mediterranean
