Under the direction of Magdalena Stern-Baczewska, the Music Performance Program is an oasis for Columbia University students who wish to pursue their passions for music within the academic setting. Participating students usually major in various disciplines aside from music. The Music Performance Program offers music instruction with world-renowned musicians, as well as performance opportunities at premier New York City venues, such as Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and Symphony Space.
