Tijuana Picnic is a new, bi-level Mexican restaurant by Jon Neidich and Jean-Marc Houmard, managing partners of Acme, together with Huy Chi Le of Indochine and designer Robert McKinley. The restaurant will serve elevated Mexican fare with non-traditional flavor accents in a casual atmosphere. New York bartending veteran Jim Kearns, formerly of the NoMad Hotel and Mayahuel, heads its cocktail program.
