Laughing Buddha Comedy We are NYC's leading producer of Showcases and Open Mics, featuring over 150 events per month. We are also the proud home of the Laughing Buddha Comedy School as featured on the front pages of the Wall Street Journal, and the Tampa Bay Times. Our shows have featured "big name talent with connections.." (NY Times) and branded "Outlandishly Cool" by Every Day Magazine with Rachael Ray. Our New Talent industry Showcases are widely recognized for presenting the very best in new talent to networks like MTV and Comedy Central, agencies such as CESD, Avanti Talent Management, Abrams Artists, Buchwald, and clubs such as the Stand, and Catch a Rising Star.
