Description

Once completed, 432 Park Avenue will be the city’s tallest residential building and second tallest structure. The penthouse apartment offers its eventual owner the highest occupied space for any residence or work place in the city. The penthouse floor will be named the 95th floor but in actuality will be on the building’s 78th floor due to a rather uncoventional floor numbering system. 432 Park Avenue is located on the former site of the Drake Hotel. current plan calls for 147 residential units, 122 of which will be apartments. The remaining 25 units will be studios set aside for service personnel. All of the building’s 122 apartments will have 12’5″ ceiling heights. Building amenities will include a private club with pool, a residents-only restaurant, conference and screening rooms, garden and circular driveway.
