Aunt Jakes will serve health-conscious dishes, offering a variety of fresh handmade noodles and composed sauces for any type of palette. Each day, the selection of homemade pasta will consist of 5-6 options including basic, gluten-free, organic, vegan, and specials such as spinach or kale noodles. The sauces will change daily including unique ingredients created by Di Giovanni like his broken meatball sauce, sausage and peppers, wild boar ragu, etc. All meats served will be organic and antibiotics-free.
