The 9/11 Memorial was beautifully done and being there really leaves you in awe.

A must see when visiting New York City. The 9/11 Memorial was beautifully done with twin reflecting pools with man-made waterfalls, names carved into the stone around the pools and landscaped with trees and green lawns. Be sure to get your tickets in advance online to avoid most of the lines. This is one of the best memorials ever designed and certainly breathtaking to see.
Pros: Great service in moving the crowds of people through the Memorial.
