Permanently Closed.. JADE Sixty is an upscale restaurant on Manhattan's Upper East Side, offering traditional steakhouse favorites alongside Asian delicacies. The swanky new spot is helmed by restauranteurs Stratis Morfogen and Franco Moscato, with renowned chefs Skinny Mei and Albert Diaz in the kitchen. JADE Sixty's expansive two-floor space has 175 seats. The interior is contemporary chic with dramatic ambiance lighting and strong dark and red tones, perfect for a group soirée or a special date night. JADE Sixty will showcase a robust selection of exciting dishes for lunch and dinner including Torched Wagyu with truffle; Salmon Belly with ikura and truffle; Uni with yuzu, koshu and shiso; Roasted "Smokehouse” Duck & Chicken with homemade pancakes made table-side; and Snow Crab with brown butter ponzu. Other highlights encompass extra-large soup dumplings, pan seared dumplings, seafood towers, tacos, along with an extensive steak, meat, fish, sushi, and sashimi menu. The restaurant is located at 116 East 60th Street, between Lexington and Third avenues. JADE Sixty will open in 2018 for lunch and dinner.
