Description

Anyone who has lost their mother can tell you that Mother’s Day is downright painful.

Event Details

As such holidays are so commercialized these days, it’s nearly impossible not to have the day shoved in your face with messages from every angle - emails, commercials, social media posts, and more.
It continues to be surprising that brands have not built in space or language that is dedicated (or even sensitive to) people who don’t have a mother on Mother’s Day (or a father on Father’s Day).
With this in mind, we are creating an event and dedicating a day to those who have lost their mothers – Lost Mother’s Day (think, the Galentine’s Day of Mother’s Day).
Join us for an evening of yoga, meditation, love, and support. A night when you don't have to pretend everything is fine if it's not, or to just be around others who get what this loss is like. Mostly, it's a night to just be - whatever that means for you.

Event details:
7pm - Welcome Talk from Aly Teich
7:30pm - Q&A and open sharing
8:00pm - Yoga and Mediation
9:00pm - Eat, Drink, Connect, Share!

Light bites and refreshments will be offered!
Get excited about a great gift bag of goodies to pamper yourself!
