Count down to an amazing New Year at our annual "Noon" Year's Eve Extravaganza! Little ones can make wacky hats, funny glasses and sparkly noisemakers to ring in the New Year in style, then join us at 12, 2, or 4 pm on December 31 for a Ball Drop and Dance Party!
